It all started with a group of entrepreneurs & construction specialists with over three decades of experience, brainstorming in the living room. We as a construction company strive hard to stand up to the expectations of other companies, and if you choose us, we will surely give you the best. Being an expert in the field allows us to offer several services under the construction and consultancy solutions to help our clients both old and new comers with management, cost saving strategies, business growth, brand awareness and to increase profits to keep it simple.
We’re a tight knit team, with years of experience and a passion for what we do. We believe in excelling in all regards in business, that means that we don’t just pride ourselves on the quality of our service but on the dedication of our customer service team too. It is important to us that each and every customer not just get what they are paying for, but that they feel appreciated too. Over the years, we’ve aimed to grow and expand our service. Rather then just sticking to groundworks, we began to take on different kinds of construction jobs. We got good and soon became one of the most trusted builders in the West Midlands area but we didn’t stop there. We began growing our work radius until we became able to handle construction jobs in any part of the country. Rather than be bound to other peoples workers, we sought out our own and from there we pivoted into recruitment. Now we provide workers to companies up and down the UK.
We soon learnt that companies need more than just good workers, sometimes they need advice. So we started J M A consultancy and began to help companies with their planning and execution stages by lending them our own project managers. This, coupled with our recruitment, allows smaller companies the opportunity to grow, there by facilitating enterprise in the UK.
But we didn’t stop at consultancy. Working in the recruitment industry showed us just how important effective payroll can be to a company. And we strived to understand and enter this industry also. Now we help companies up and down the United Kingdom gain access to affordable payroll.
