Demolition
Soft strip demolition is the process of making the area safe for employees and the public, fencing the area we are demolishing & removing non-structural elements of buildings to facilitate remodelling, refurbishment. Soft strip demolition includes but isn’t limited to removal of fittings and fixtures, internal walls, internal ceilings, temporary structures, separating materials, soft strip doors, door frames, skirting boards throughout the building, plastics, cables, steel and non-ferous. Remove non-notifiable asbestos etc.
Groundworks
At J M A, groundworks refers to the preparation of sub-surfaces in order for construction works to start. It is the foundations on which everything is built and is the corner stone and starting point of any construction job. J M A have experienced and qualified workers who knowhow to fulfil all aspects of groundworks. Our Ground workers are highly experienced and have there levant qualification and cards that are needed.
Concrete installations
J M A have worked with clients on all types of concrete installation, reinforced concrete, concrete slabs and concrete pours, at some prestige sites including multi storage car parks, military of defence base, the largest oil refinery base in the UK, Gatwick and Luton airports, Scotland’s water treatment, New builds and road works up and down the UK.
Design and Build
Our offer includes all the resources necessary for designing your project, the preparation of architectural drawings, navigation through Building Regulation and Planning Permission procedures, the provision of structural engineering and interior design to add value to the build. Our design fees are very competitive and the fee structure is very simple. We charge a fixed cost for concepts and planning, then a further fixed cost for the construction package.

J M A have over 30+ years of experience within the construction industry. Our project managers collectively have decades of experience between them. We pride ourselves on knowing what we are talking about so we make sure all of our team is fully trained and experienced by the time you meet them.
